We will accept returns on purchases from alliebeads.com for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.  

All sale merchandise is final sale.

SHIPPING

In stock jewelry will be shipped in 3-5 business days via USPS.

A flat rate shipping charge of $6.95 will apply to all orders.

JEWELRY CARE

Allie Beads is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. Please adjust double wrap necklaces gently and avoid yanking or tugging. Gold-plated items and other metals can tarnish over time when exposed to perfumes, lotions, or hairspray. Please avoid direct contact with these products. We recommend avoiding moisture and should your jewelry get wet, dry it off immediately.
